An Aerial View of Niagara Falls with Niagara Helicopters Ltd.

~Horseshoe Falls~

A picture is worth a thousand words, you might have heard, but apparently, a thousand words is not enough for me.  I don't feel like a post is complete unless it has tons of pictures and then I pair them with a veritable cornucopia of verbosity.  If a few words is good, then a lot more words is even better, as far as I am concerned.  It’s not my fault.  I was drawn this way according to my sainted mother.

So, I was all ready with words upon words to describe our flight over Niagara Falls.  The experience of taking to the realm of the birds and seeing the Falls from this most unique view was so other worldly that I had multiple descriptors poised upon my proverbial pen.

Then, I looked at the pictures and they really are worthy of more words than I could longwindedly weave.   So, it will just be the pictures to tell the story of the once in a lifetime experience of going over Niagara Falls.

~The Thrill of Takeoff~

~Niagara Helicopters Ltd provided our family complimentary tickets for a flight over Niagara Falls.  They did not require that I express a particular view and all opinions are my own.~

Today I am linking up with R We There Yet Mom and Delicious Baby.

The photos of the falls are amazing but I love the last two – he looks like he is having the time of his life!!

What a spectacular look at the falls! I thought I saw it all from a high floor at the Embassy Suites! Great pics.

What an amazing experience! I would have never thought of flying over the falls instead of sailing up to them, but now I want to. What a perfect viewpoint.
