Merry Weihnachten, Ya’ll!

Holiday Happenings· Texas

23 Dec

If you combine southern hospitality with an old world German flair, you’ll find yourself in the charming Texas town of Fredericksburg.  Fredericksburg  is a the go-to place in Texas if you are hoping for a lazy B&B experience with fantastic food, endearing antique shopping, and a calendar chock full of family events.  There is no time that Fredericksburg shines more than at Christmas.  At the heart of the light filled Marktplatz is the centerpiece of the Fredericksburg Christmas season: the German Christmas Pyramid.   The 26 foot wooden structure, a gift from Germany to the German-Texan city, makes a perfect family picture spot.  Just smile and say “Kase!”
